Beginning November 1st, say "thanks" to either the same person or a different person each and every day.
If you choose the same person try something new every day. There are many ways to express gratitude (i.e. letters, phone calls, gifts, art work, treats, music...). Be creative and have a blast.
If you want something a little less strenuous then pick one person each week or simply tell one person a day thank you for something specific.
