Ginger Pork and Zucchini Stir Fry

2 cups cooked and cubed pork, chicken, or beef
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3/4 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup carrots, julienned
2 cups shredded zucchini

6 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 pound pasta, cooked

In a large skillet add the sesame oil and walnuts.  Cook until browned; set aside.  In the same skillet add the carrots and cook until almost tender.  Add the zucchini and finish cooking until both are tender.  Add the meat to the skillet and turn the burner to low. 

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, bouillon, and garlic.  Add to the meat mixture then turn the heat to medium high.  Cook until thickened.  If the mixture is too thick add water until it reaches a desired consistency.  Serve over hot noodles.  Created by
