Egg, Meat, and Cheese French Wafflewich

Waffles, Eggs, Meat, and French Toast all in ONE!

Egg, Meat, and Cheese French Wafflewich
8 slices of white bread
8 thin slices of ham
4 eggs, fried, pepperd and lightly salted, with yokes popped at the end of the cooking time
4 slices of cheddar cheese

1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Preheat your waffle maker.  Lay four slices of bread on the counter.  Top each with an egg, two slices of meat, and one slice of cheese.  Then, place a slice of bread on top of each sandwich; set aside.  In a small bowl combine the egg and milk with a wire whisk.  Generously grease your waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.  Carefully dip each side of your sandwich in the egg mixture and place in the waffle maker.  Press the waffle maker down gently.  Cook until lightly browned.  If you press too hard you will have a harder time removing your sandwich.  If it sticks use a fork to help you remove your sandwich.  Serve immediately.  Created by mycreativestirrings.com.
