Easy Fall/Halloween Casserole or Side Dish Idea

Here is a really quick idea if you want to spruce things up for dinner tonight.  These festive pumpkins can top any casserole or side dish.

Pumpkin Making Instructions:  I simply cut carrots, sliced black olives, and using kitchen scissors created pumpkin leaves out of  fresh spinach.  Then, after the casserole was finished baking I immediately placed my pumpkin parts, in a pumpkin like fashion, on top of the casserole and served.  I served mash potatoes :).
