Zucchini Muffins with Cinnamon Chip Topping

Amazing Zucchini Muffins

3 eggs
1 sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups shredded packed zucchini

1/2 cup Hershey®Cinnamon Chips, melted

Preheat oven to 350° F and prepare 24-30 muffin cups.  Combine all ingredients except flour and zucchini.  Fold in flour and zucchini.   Pour batter into prepared pans.  Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Drizzle cinnamon chips over the tops of the muffins.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
