Fruit Pizza Bar- With a Chocolate Twist

Cookie Crust
1/2 cups margarine or butter
1/2 cups shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs

2 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Heat oven to 400° F.  Grease a large 13"*17" jelly roll pan; set aside.  In a medium bowl, combine the margarine, shortening, sugar, and eggs.  Stir in the remaining ingredients.  Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.  Allow the cookies to cool then cut.  Place cookies on a serving plate.

Whipped Topping
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 cup flavored yogurt

Fold the yogurt into the whipped topping and spoon into a small serving bowl.

All Extras...including the best part, the Chocolate!
Fill small bowls with a variety of sliced fruits and berries, nuts, sprinkles, whipped topping (recipe above), candies, and Nutella®!  Allow your guests to build their own pizzas.  Combining all of the above is the BEST!  Enjoy, and don't forget to be brave!
